The Fine Print
TERMS + CONDITIONS
WEATHER. Due to the nature of this event and those involved, The Workshop will be held rain or shine. The Workshop Participant acknowledges that weather may impact the quality of the shoot and agrees that Mirage / Hosea House Events, LLC. is not responsible for comprises in quality due to the weather. In the case of an "Act Of God" Mirage / Hosea House Events, LLC will give as much notice as possible and reschedule the event.

TRANSFER OF TICKETS. Tickets are transferable, but nonrefundable. If the Workshop Participant can no longer attend, they must coordinate the transfer of ticket to a photographer on the Wait List provided by Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC and make Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC aware of the transfer.

INCUSIVITY. At Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC, we don’t just accept difference—we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it. Just as our models will be diverse in race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity and expression--our Vendors + Workshop Participants should be too. Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC has zero tolerance for hate speech, racism, homophobia and if exhibited by a Workshop Participant, will result in the removal from The Workshop without a refund.

ARTISTIC LICENSE. Design services are often a subjective art and Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC and other Vendors have a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique. Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC and other Vendors will use their artistic judgment when designing for the event, which may not include strict adherence to the provided mood board. Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC and other Vendors shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the design. Dissatisfaction with Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC and other Vendor's aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of the ticket purchased or request of any monies returned.

INDEMITY. The Workshop Participant shall indemnify and hold Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC, its directors, managers, members, employees and affiliates, forever harmless from, and against any and all personal injury, property damage, loss, liability or claim of liability, expenses, fines and penalties including reasonable legal fees caused by any wrongful or negligent act, error or omission by Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC, it’s guests, invitees, agents, delegates or representatives, arising out of or in connection with the Event, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC.
PHOTO RIGHTS, USAGE + RELEASE
The likeness of all sets, models, products, and other features involved in the design of The Workshop are the creative and intellectual property of Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC.. Therefore, Workshop Participants are granted limited usage of all digital material (photos/videos) collected during The Workshop. Workshop Participants may use digital materials to build their own print and online portfolio. They may post in web format on websites and social media platforms, with courtesy and referral to @MirageCreativeWorkshop within all posts. Any Digital Material obtained during The Workshop may be submitted to any non-exclusive websites or social networking sites for publication or contest only upon notice by Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC by way of email. Under no circumstance may the images be sold. Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC. asks Workshop Participants to refrain from releasing any digital material of The Workshop for a minimum of 30 days, to allow proper time for official branded materials to be professionally submitted to publication.
Workshop Participants also allow their likeness to be used by Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC in promotional material both online and in print unless explicitly expressed in writing to Mirage Creative Workshop / Hosea House Events, LLC.
